  • Quotes: Quotes for catalog peptides are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
  • Order Acceptance: Orders are not binding until we confirm via email. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, availability, suspected misuse, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
  • Pricing and Payment: Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and fees. Payment is due at order placement via approved methods (e.g., credit card, wire transfer). We do not store full payment details.
  • Note on Custom Synthesis: We do not offer custom peptide synthesis services. All products are from our standard catalog only.

4. QUALITY AND TESTING GUARANTEE

We third-party test every batch for purity, identity, and quantity. We encourage independent
verification:

  • If you test a batch via a third-party lab within 30 days of receipt of the order and provide verified results, your original receipt/order number, and publicly post the results on a reputable research forum, we will replace the tested vial at no cost or issue a full refund if it fails quoted specifications.
  • Testing must be completed and claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of original order to support@newenglandpeptidecenter.com with required documentation.
