1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, are processed the next business day. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you proactively with an updated timeline.

Carriers and Tracking

Shipments are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery speed. Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery Estimates

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Only

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is confirmed lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, contact orders@newenglandpeptidecenter.com. After investigating with the carrier, we will reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund at our discretion. If your order arrives damaged, report it within 7 days of the confirmed or estimated delivery date with photos of the product and packaging. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or force majeure events beyond our control.

Compliance at Delivery

Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the receipt, possession, and use of research chemicals.

2. Returns and Replacement Policy

No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the nature and perishability of research compounds, opened or used products cannot be returned. Once a product seal is broken, we cannot verify its condition or restock it.

Unopened Returns

Unopened products in their original, sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for store credit. Contact orders@newenglandpeptidecenter.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back. Return shipping costs for unopened returns are the buyer's responsibility.

Quality Guarantee and Third-Party Testing Claims

Every batch we sell is certified against a guaranteed minimum of 99.If you believe a product does not meet its stated specifications, you may submit a quality-guarantee claim:

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.The test must reference the specific lot or batch you received, and the testing laboratory must be unaffiliated with the buyer.
  • The remedy for a verified quality failure is replacement or refund, at your preference.

How to Submit a Claim

Email orders@newenglandpeptidecenter.com within 7 days of receipt and include:

  • Your order number.
  • The product name and lot or batch number.
  • Photos of the product and packaging.
  • The independent third-party test results, where applicable.

We review and respond to claims within 2 to 3 business days. Please retain the original product until your claim is resolved, as we may request its return for verification testing.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, report it to orders@newenglandpeptidecenter.com within 7 days of receipt. Verified fulfillment errors on our part will be corrected with a free replacement shipment.

3. Refund Policy

  • Sales become final upon shipment, except as provided in this policy.
  • Full refunds, including shipping, are available for verified quality failures and for shipping errors on our part.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after verification.
  • Unopened returns within 30 days are refunded as store credit.

They are not for human or animal consumption or application of any kind, and they are not intended for any diagnostic or therapeutic use. Products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Buyers must be at least 21 years of age and qualified researchers or purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research institution. Purchasers assume full responsibility for legal compliance within their jurisdiction and for the safe handling, storage, and use of all products. We reserve the right to refuse service to, and to terminate the accounts of, any buyer we reasonably believe intends to misuse our products.
